Returns
If a companion is not right, send it back within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
What we accept
Items returned unopened, unpaired and in their original packing, within 14 days of delivery.
Because each figure carries a single pairing code, a box whose seal has been broken cannot be resold and cannot be refunded — unless the item arrived faulty.
How to return
Write to hello@foliumhouse.com with your order number. We will send return instructions and an address the same working day.
Return postage is paid by you unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of the parcel reaching us, and settled in GBP.
Faulty or damaged
Send a photograph within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace the piece where an identical cast remains, or refund in full where it does not.
