FØLIUM HOUSE
London
Coffee · Food · Objects

Canary Wharf · London
A room of oak, plaster and long light, set one level below the glass. Coffee made slowly, food made the same morning, and a few objects that are not quite explained.
A coffee house first. Everything else earns its place quietly.
FØLIUM HOUSE is built around the ordinary ritual: a good cup, a warm room, somewhere to sit for as long as you like. Ten minutes before a desk, or a whole afternoon. The counter is solid oak. The chairs are meant to be moved. Nothing is branded that doesn't need to be.
We're finishing the room now, below the glass in Canary Wharf. When it opens, it will open without ceremony.

Matcha and coffee, done properly.
- Matcha
- Ceremonial grade, whisked to order in the bowl. Hot or over ice.
- Espresso
- A single seasonal blend. Sweet, low acidity, built for milk and without.
- Filter
- One rotating single origin, brewed by the cup. Poured, not batched.
A short counter, written each morning.
Pastry laminated overnight, out before the first lifts fill. One or two savoury plates depending on the market, wrapped for a desk or eaten sitting down. The list is short on purpose — when it's gone, it's gone.
