FØLIUM HOUSE keeps the least amount of information required to send you an object and answer your email. This policy explains what we hold, why, and how to have it removed. Last updated 9 August 2026.
Who we are
FØLIUM HOUSE is the official retail house of MSSTRYSLVD, issuing DREAMØ companions paired to the DREAMØSIS app. We are the data controller for this website and for orders placed through it. Write to hello@foliumhouse.com for anything in this policy.
What we hold
Order details: your name, delivery address, email, telephone number where given, and order history.
Correspondence: the emails you send us and our replies.
Account details, where you choose to create one: your email address and sign-in identifier.
Technical data: basic, aggregated information about how the site is used, such as pages viewed and errors encountered.
Payment card details are handled entirely by Shopify at checkout and never reach our systems.
Why we hold it, and the legal basis
To fulfil your order and handle returns — performance of a contract with you.
To keep tax and accounting records — a legal obligation.
To answer your messages and keep the site working and secure — our legitimate interests.
To send occasional notices about new casts — only where you have given consent, withdrawable at any time.
Who we share it with
Shopify, which processes checkout and payment; our carrier, which needs your address to deliver; and our email provider, which delivers order and support messages.
That is the whole list. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar local storage that are strictly necessary: keeping your basket, your chosen display currency, and your signed-in session.
We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; the basket and sign-in will stop working if you do.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are kept for six years to satisfy UK tax law. Correspondence is kept for two years. Account data is kept until you ask us to close the account.
International transfers and security
Some of our providers process data outside the UK. Where that happens, transfers rely on the UK addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
Data is held on access-controlled systems and transmitted over encrypted connections.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or request your data in a portable form.
Write to hello@foliumhouse.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our answer you may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Children
This shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, where the change affects you, tell you by email.
